We used to center our work on 3-5-year strategic plans with organizations. You know...the ones that look pretty when presented to board members and funders, but often lose traction as soon as circumstances shift. Not anymore.

 

We've taken what's best of our participatory approach to strategy, and we've added elements of experimentation and crisis-planning so that groups can adapt to whatever comes their way. We ground organizations in who they really are, in the moment we meet them, so they can be agile and resourceful stewards of the assets they have.
